Silver is a multidisciplinary development and construction consultancy providing a range of services to major residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across the UK.
With no internal IT resource, Silver initially came to us with a failed server their incumbent support couldn’t fix. We could, and we’ve been working together ever since.
Much more than day-to-day support
Although our team provide an essential service to the 70-strong Silver team, through a combination of on-site and remote support, Conosco do much more than simply keep things running: We work closely with Silver’s management team to ensure their infrastructure is ready to cope with the company’s ongoing expansion and have already facilitated its growth from 15 to 70 staff members.
We’ve also advised on, and implemented largescale projects including migrating to Office365, developing more robust, more efficient file storage solutions, and managing all IT elements of an office move, which included installing guest wireless network new fibre connectivity and ADSL backup.

With our recommendations taken on board and implemented, the Silver team have been reaping the benefits of their new technology: Skype for Business and Office365 have increased staff’s mobility by enabling to access all of their documents and software and make calls as easily out of the office as they can while sat at their desks.
In a business where a lot of time is spent on-site with clients, this alone has dramatically improved service delivery and reduced frustrations.
