What a wonderful way to end the year! We’ve just found out that we’re finalists in the IT Service and Support Awards – Best Managed Service Desk category.
The awards (which have been running for over 22 years) recognise, promote and acclaim excellence, professionalism, innovation and the outstanding achievements of people and teams for the contribution that they make to the success of their clients’ businesses.
To enter the hotly-contested awards, we submitted an explanation of why we deserve to win the award – giving examples and evidence of how we:
- embrace best practice processes to raise the quality of service delivery
- engage with our customers to create an inspiring service experience that meets their needs
- have empowered and invested in our team to be inspired, take action and be better together
- demonstrate and deliver exceptional business value

Winners will be announced at the IT Service and Support Awards ceremony on 29 March 2017 at The Hilton Metropole, Birmingham.
