Conosco Evolves Client Management to Deliver Advantage

At Conosco, we have always been focused on helping our clients continually evolve their use of technology and maximise the competitive advantage delivered by their IT investments. This ethos prompted our decision last year to create ‘The Office of the CTO’ with the specific aim of harnessing the collective talent across Conosco’s technology leadership to deliver transformational business value to our clients.

Nine months on, this has proved to be highly successful. Conosco has helped several of our clients to embark on significant digital transformations saving £m’s in the process, while guiding many others to make significantly better-informed technology investment decisions.

We now intend to extend this success even further and ensure that all of our clients gain the full Conosco Advantage. As part of our continuing mission to deliver the value of a true Technology Services Partner for our clients, we have decided to change the way we manage client relationships.

This month we have transitioned our Client Managers from the Client Services team to the Conosco Consulting team. This provides both our client managers – and our clients – with closer access to our Principal Consultants and ‘The Office of the CTO’, to ensure that they gain the full benefit of the expert advice and guidance we are able to offer without the need to, themselves, hire expensive CIOs or IT Directors.

The Conosco Consulting team is headed by Amit Dattani who joined Conosco last October, bringing with him over 15 years of infrastructure and DevOps experience honed at Sony PlayStation, Moonpig and the Photobox Group. 

Amit and his teams’ flair for leveraging technology to drive business advantage has played a significant role in delivering strategic IT advice and articulating this at board-level for our clients, which is now set to extend by embracing Client Managers as part of this team.
