Beware the cache of search engines

A long time ago the CEO of Sun said "You have zero privacy anyway, get over it" and the Chinese government may have hit a similar modern truth about censorship. A US security consultant has found cached versions of spreadsheets on the Chinese Baidu search engine that show their gold medal winner He Kexin was underage - born after 1992 -

Curiously, the live versions of the documents are - or were, things seem to be disappearing fast - different: He's birth date has been changed to 1992, making her eligible for the games.

As always, the cover-up will get you!

Update: Google's cache shows a page from "The Sixth National Games" dated January 27, 2006 listing "He Kexin female 1994 1 1 Beijing Sports Bureau in Wuhan Sports Bureau". The original page is now showing a VBScript error for some reason.
