The human touch
So much IT support can now be done remotely that it’s easy to forget the value of having an engineer on the ground. So although we fix 90 per cent of faults remotely and do all our proactive monitoring from our office, we know it’s always useful for engineers to visit our clients’ offices from time to time.
We can also arrange for your own Account Manager to visit on a regular basis. They'll get to know your business, your network and how your people work.
