Microsoft Exchange

In over half the corporate world, Microsoft Exchange Server drives Microsoft Outlook, the desktop program so familiar to most people as their primary way to manage their email, calendar and contacts. Exchange does the hard work of coordinating information between users, whether they are within your organisation or in another. Exchange also allows you to access your information through smartphones, iPhones and Blackberry mobile devices as well as a web site. Exchange massively improves the flexibility, efficiency, and collaborative working of all businesses.

Dedicated Exchange server

For the ultimate in flexibility we recommend running your own Exchange server, which also offers the most cost-effective way to store large mailboxes. Traditionally many businesses ran servers in their own office; whilst this is still viable and we support many clients in this way, we prefer to run your servers in a datacentre for the highest levels of availability and security.

Shared Hosted Exchange server

For smaller, growing businesses, renting individual user accounts on a shared Exchange server saves significant upfront and running costs. We can set you up from scratch in minutes, ideal for business startups. We can deliver a hosted Exchange account either with a professional hosting company or as part of our own hosted desktop platform.

Google Mail and Apps

Google has a fast-growing and rapidly evolving alternative to Microsoft Exchange which offers much of the key functionality of Exchange and Outlook, for a fraction of the cost. At Conosco we use and test Google's corporate applications constantly, and can advise you how well they currently meet your requirements. 

Archiving
