These are the same powerful solutions used by many banks and multinationals with multiple scanners and predictive technology to protect against all viruses – even including new and unseen variants. Where archiving is required, Conosco recommends MimeCast.

These are hosted solutions which ensures your email is clean before it reaches your infrastructure, so taking a load off your servers.

Servers and desktops - TrendMicro

Of course, not all threats come through email. Hardware protection is also essential against other avenues of attack (USB sticks, CDs, web downloads, etc). Conosco uses TrendMicro, a leading enterprise product that has a comprehensive remote management system that allows us to keep your protection up-to-date and avoid downtime.

Web protection - SmartFilter

The latest channel for attacks is the web - not just downloads from unsavoury sites, but viruses that have been inserted into 'good' web pages that install themselves when you visit them. We offer a product that filters your web traffic and blocks unscrupulous content.

Denial of service attacks - Cisco IPS

For high-profile customers with online services, such as e-commerce sites, we use the industry standard Cisco IPS modules in conjuction with Cisco firewalls to offer maximum protection against denial of service attacks. These attacks typically attempt to stop your web site or service working as part of a blackmail operation.
